Its not everyday that i am tagged by a published author, so no way am i going to miss out on this. Plus this is my maiden tag on Sulekha. Hopefully this will get me out of my laziness and act as a precursor to a post very soon. Bloggers Block, isnt something new to me, but i think i am streching it too far now.

..in the old Custom House, in a building balancing itself on the props. The liquor, they claimed, came from Dahanu, made of finest Chikoos, though the flavour it had was of Navsagar. And it was probably made in the gutter below, because everytime they ran out of it, they sent someone down and her returned with a football bladder.
I also drank a lot in the houses around Dhobi Talao, First Marine Street, Second Marine Street, Third.
The book I am reading right now is "BUSYBEE - The Best of Thirty Six Years". Its basically a collection of certain articles written by the famous journalist Behram Contractor, who used the pseudonymn Busybee. Busybee wrote a satirical column in newspapers in Mumbai everyday for 36 years. (I really need an example of discipline considering my long sabbatical from writing:P) Here in this article titled "Living on Liquor", Busybee tells us his experiences of drinking country made liquor at some of the most unthinkable places and in the most unimaginable conditions. (I remember listening about this piece at the Kala Ghoda Art festival 2008, and i really wanted to read bout it.)
I was quite impressed by the discipline with which Busybee wrote such humourous pieces every single day. Here i am, with over two months behind me and still nothing to blog about:D Obviously, i am not comparing myself with the Great Busybee, but i feel its about time i wrote something.
The poeple i would love to tag, well i guess most of the people on Sulekha must have already finished with this tag. I dont think these people have been tagged yet
